With the beauty of a spring-like cover, Cheryl Cole graces the cover of Vogue UK’s October issue looking absolutely gorgeous. In the above photo she reminds me of a glammed up Dorothy from the Wizard of Oz with her endless gams topped off with red platform pumps.
