The Simply Luxurious Life®: Ralph Lauren’s Manhattan Retreat

Ralph Lauren’s Manhattan Retreat

Clean and classic, much like his designs, Ralph Lauren’s fifth avenue duplex exudes the All-American simplistic style that walks down his runways. Exhibited in October’s issue of Elle Decor, he displays very clean lines throughout his home and you’ll find his bathroom, which uses mirrors quite magically, frames an exquisite view of Manhattan.  Have a look.  (If you would like to read the entire article, click here.)

It's a little white for my taste but the view is great and I love the floor-to-ceiling shelving!

Beautiful rooms, but I'm surprised by the sleek design. I was expecting dark rooms with layers of plaids and paisleys and leather.
