Marissa Webb – Spring 2013 RTW

Marissa Webb’s Spring 2013 RTW collection is her debut since announcing her departure from J.Crew last year.  Containing the elements of simplicity, yet modernity, she seems to have stepped out on her own on the right foot. With a tweed short suit pairing, leather shorts, pants and vests, beautifully draped feminine day dresses and touches of color that may have been previously found in J.Crew – turquoise, cool reds and yellow – Webb takes these elements and reveals her signature style. Always perfectly balancing fitted pants with blousy, silk draped tops, she continues with this skill that is made for spring. Have a look.
