Michael Kors – Fall 2011 RTW

Full of luxury and a touch of shimmer, Michael Kors does what he does best – classic solids with dramatically deep cuts and high slits. With the celebration of his 30th anniversary in the fashion business, his inspiration was just that – 30 Years of American Luxury.  Monochromatic designs, silver collar chokers and platinum platform sandals were the accessories of choice paired with jumpsuits, fur coats, and dramatic draping. Have a look.

I am mostly fan of his spring collections to be honest, but the first picture (the black dress with the thigh high slit is amazing! If you look at her waist up, you would say that she is wearing a very modest dress, but then you look down and wow! I could easily picture Jennifer Aniston in this dress (because lately she wears a lot of dresses with high slits!!
