Lara Stone – Vogue UK – November 2010
The term supermodel began to grow legs in the late eighties and while I can still recall the first name that resonated in my mind when that particular term was mentioned (Cindy Crawford), I can’t believe how many more well-known models can now be added to the list. Gracing the cover of Vogue UK’s November issue is one of the now well-known supermodels of our time – Lara Stone. Photographed by Alistair McLellan, Stone’s legs appear to go on for days and her unique beauty, while at first a bit shocking, is something to be appreciated – a sort of Lauren Hutton-esque quality, don’t you think?
