Thursday Treasures
Today I am off to my home away from home – Portland, and I can’t wait to arrive. A bit of shopping, time with good friends, a stroll through the Pearl during First Thursday to take in the art and some wine, should be a wonderful time. This past week has been lovely in its routine. It’s funny how when our schedules take on a life of their own, our day to day routine is that much more appreciated.

I LOVE the West Coast! (But then, I love the East Coast too, for different reasons)
I have never been to Portland, only to CA - but I always wanted to see more: Portland and Seattle, especially.
Have a wonderful time! Enjoy all these hings and more!
P.S. Ben&Jerry's Fudge Brownie FroYo is my fave, too. Unfortunately they don't have it here in Switzerland :-(

*sigh* taking in art! That, in and of itself, is an incredible joy. Soothing, relaxing, inspiring, and a feast for the eyes. You have to love the big cities and their amazingly talented residents. One thing I miss about not living in NYC is wandering in art galleries in lower Manhattan on a whim. Enjoy your day!

This week I am so thankful to have finished coordinating a much anticipated upcoming trip to Europe and Im so excited!!

I hope you have the opportunity to enjoy the fourth of July fireworks along the river front. I was there a few years back, no crowds at all and a great view.

I say thank goodness for air conditioning after the steamy week we had in the south last week! And for new blog friends, of course!
