Treasured Thursdays

Thursday.  There is something beautiful about this fourth day of the work week.   With its proximity to Friday and the expectation of going out or entertaining being fairly obscure, the guilty pleasure of  snuggling up and staying in doesn’t tug at your social conscious.  After all, you’re almost certain to find something decent on television to distract your mind from your day to day stressors, and you can write it off as a day to rest up for the wonderful weekend you have just hours around the corner.

So grab an ultra soft throw, slip into some comfortable attire, warm up a pot of hot water for tea, and nestle into your favorite chair. After all, moments we take for ourselves are not luxuries; they’re necessities.
