The Weekend . . .
Even though those of us in the states will be losing an hour of sleep this weekend as we spring ahead, it signifies that spring is actually nearly here. What a wonderful thing to know and understand that it isn’t long now before perennial flowers will be sharing their blooms, grass will begin to turn green and more and more sunrises will be waking us up instead of alarm clocks.
The first week of March was hopefully an enjoyable one for you. Watching the final fall 2013 fashions walk down the Paris runways was one thing I enjoyed doing as well as cooking up a few meals (one recipe was shared on the blog this week – click here) and then sprucing up the house with bouquets of daffodils as if to summon a spring to arrive even sooner.
