Short and Sweet
Unofficially, the last few days of summer are here, but thankfully an extra long weekend has also arrived to soak up the sound of the lapping of the waves as they crash against the shores, the warmth of the sun on your shoulders and the sand soft between your totes. Oh, what a delight it would be to spend three days on the beach as the image above portrays.
Hopefully you are able to take this weekend off to do something you can easily lose yourself in entirely. The ability to be so emerged in a particular activity is certainly telling, isn’t it? Football is beginning to rev back up, school has just begun or is about to begin and gradually the yard won’t have to be watered nearly as much, but knowing you must always “fill your cup up first” is always something to keep in mind. Have a wonderful Labor Day weekend if you are in the states, and for all of my readers, have a weekend full of finding contentment.
