The Weekend . . .

With a week in the city transitioning into a week in the country, I’m excited for pairing some of local Walla Walla wines with some of my favorite recipes. There’s something about sipping wine and nibbling on food outside as the sun rests on the horizon before slipping away for the night that is absolutely ideal.

If you happen to be in Wallowa County this weekend and enjoy playing golf, I’ll be catering an intimate food and wine pairing event you should definitely check out at Alpine Meadow’s Golf Course.  And if you aren’t in the area but are wanting the recipes and wines that will be shared, stay tuned as they will all be posted this Sunday on the blog.
