The Weekend . . .

As I write today’s post, the rain is finally falling after more than a month without one of my favorite type of weather forecasts. There is something so very calming and restorative about the rain especially after days of long hot, sweltering summer temperatures. And as I enjoy this temporal pleasure, I am still in shock that August has arrived. July seems to have whisked by albeit offering many wonderful lessons and memories.

I hope the new month has begun with wonderful hopes and a few more leisurely days ahead. I’m excited to share a new addition to the blog this week that I’ve been contemplating and then working on for a while (unknowingly since the founding of the blog), but in reality a few months. If you look just below the header at the list of pages, you’ll find a new page has been added – French-Inspired Living.
