Opening to the public last Monday, HGTV’s 2011 Kitchen of the Year designed by Tyler Florence is full of light, casual entertainment areas and a chef who loves to cook. Located in the middle of Manhattan at the Rockefeller Center, the mix of rustic, yet contemporary refinement and top-of-the-line appliances is welcoming to women and men alike to show their chops around the stove.
