The Weekend
Awe the weekend. Such a sweet sight for a tired mind. It’s the freedom of the weekend I think I enjoy the most. I could be doing as the model is above and be blissfully happy simply because it was my choice to do so.
Hopefully your weekend is something exceedingly enjoyable no matter what it may be. I want to extend a tip of the hat and a thank you to five very kind bloggers for awarding me the Stylish Blogger Award. I am blushing and happy to be considered among some amazing bloggers on each list. To DeeAnne of Live The Charmed Life, Hermine of The Girl In A Cashmere Daze, Eleni of My Paradissi (spotlighted in this week’s newsletter), Julie of Brown Eyed Belle (Happy Birthday Julie!) and Sarah Kate of Dwell and Design, ladies I am thrilled to have met and worked with each of you, and I look forward to doing so again in the future.
For all of you seeking even more style in your wardrobe choices, I have the pleasure of introducing you to an up and coming stylist from New York City. I am excited to announce that during the first week of February Tiffani Rogers of Living Chic will be visiting The Simply Luxurious Life blog and answering any and all questions you may have about fashion, style, what to wear when, what clothes flatter your figure and ideas on how to incorporate the latest spring fashions into your wardrobe. How it will work: email me (info@thesimplyluxuriouslife.com) or leave a comment with a question you have here on the blog prior to the 1st of February. Tiffani will be answering each of your questions in depth, and we will reveal them here on Thursday, February 3rd. I look forward to hearing what you’re curious about and have confidence that you will find Tiffani to be a wonderful and valuable resource.
I hope you are already enjoying yourself whether you are shopping, traveling, dining out, catching up on your reading of February’s magazines or a page-turner of a good book or watching a well-made movie (one reader suggested The King’s Speech and I have to say, that sounds like a wonderful idea). So until Monday, have a beautiful weekend.
