The Weekend . . .

Weekends are for cozy over-sized cashmere sweaters, casual walks through the snow with the dogs in the late morning brisk air and taking time to pop into your favorite boutiques just to see the new merchandise that might spruce up your closet.

While there may not be snow in the Pacific Northwest, the rest of the above weekend scenario sounds quite delightful, and I fully intend to immerse myself into such leisure.  How about you? Won’t you join me in such pursuits?

With the house back to normal and schedules too, I must say January is becoming a month I rather appreciate more than usual. There is something quite lovely about routines especially when you haven’t been following them for some time.
